I have been using mine for a couple of weeks (in addition to my regular strength workout) and I have dropped 5 pounds!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;No, this is not a joke, or a way to get you to use the app. I&amp;#8217;m a real girl with real body issues. I started this and I must say, it kicks your ass in the absolute best way possible (not to mention the toned ass that comes with that kicked ass). It starts you out slow and progressively gets you to run more and more each week. It is definitely for those people who don&amp;#8217;t run but would like to start.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you DO start using the C25K app, PLEASE let me know!
