ATTENTION ALL FITBLRS

If you’re trying to drop some pounds and build stamina, I would HIGHLY recommend using the C25K trainer app for iPhone and Android. I have been using mine for a couple of weeks (in addition to my regular strength workout) and I have dropped 5 pounds!

No, this is not a joke, or a way to get you to use the app. I’m a real girl with real body issues. I started this and I must say, it kicks your ass in the absolute best way possible (not to mention the toned ass that comes with that kicked ass). It starts you out slow and progressively gets you to run more and more each week. It is definitely for those people who don’t run but would like to start.

Workout Log 1/22/13

Outer thigh press: 5 sets of 10 at 50 lbs

Inner thigh press: 5 sets of 10 at 50 lbs

Arm Pulls (don’t know the proper name): 3 sets of 10 at 40 lbs

Torso Rotation: 3 sets of 10 on each side at 30 lbs

Abdominal Crunches: 5 sets of 10 at 50 lbs

Back extention: 3 sets of 10 at 70 lbs

Elliptical: 1:05:00 (718 calories)
